Nichole Ferreira

My name is Nicole Ferreira, and I’m a published Fitness and Glamour Model. I’ve appeared in magazines such as Playboy, Musclemag, American Curves, and  FitBody to name a few.  I also have my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, my  Master’s Degree in Social Work and was the Clinical Director of a Mental  Health Clinic prior to modeling.  I also compete in Bikini and Fitness  Competitions for fun, and that’s how I got my start in modeling.  Finally,  and most importantly, I’m a mom to a 3 year-old beautiful boy.  By continuing  my workout regimen throughout my pregnancy, I easily lost those added 30  pounds in no time.  I’m proof that with proper diet, weight training, and  cardio you can look great at 38.
